Request Regarding the Use of Power Banks

In recent years, incidents of power banks (portable batteries) smoking or catching fire have been reported both in Japan and overseas.
To ensure a safe and comfortable stay for all guests, we kindly ask for your cooperation regarding the use of power banks in your room.

1. Precautions for Use and Charging To prevent accidents such as fires, please refrain from using or charging your power bank under the following conditions:

• Charging while leaving the room unattended (e.g., when going out)
• Using or charging near windows exposed to direct sunlight
• Using or charging on flammable materials such as beds or bedsheets

Furthermore, when charging portable electronic devices from a power bank, or when charging a power bank using room outlets, please do so in a location where you can monitor its condition at all times to quickly detect and prevent any potential issues.
2. Prohibition of Damaged or Abnormal Products Please do not use power banks that show signs of damage, swelling, or unusual overheating, as they are extremely dangerous.
3. Actions Taken During Room Cleaning If any of the above conditions are observed during room cleaning, our staff may move the power bank or disconnect it from charging to ensure safety. We appreciate your understanding.

We thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
