Executive Chef Yukiji Uzawa

After working as executive chef in the sushi restaurants at Westin Hotel Tokyo and Sheraton Miyako Hotel, Chef Uzawa was appointed executive chef of the Hotel Metropolitan Edmont’s sushi restaurant, Umihiko, in June 2012.
Valuing the concept of Yawaragi, or harmony, I look forward to welcoming you to an atmosphere of harmony between Umihiko and our guests, harmony between Japanese cuisine and sushi, and a warm and peaceful space.
