If your room is ready upon your arrival before 3:00 PM, we may be able to arrange an early check-in with additional charges, subject to availability. Please contact our staff for details.

The fees varies by room types and time. Please kindly note that we may not be able to accommodate your request due to availability.
Q.Will it be all right if I check in late at night?
A.Front Reception is open 24 hours a day. If you know your approximate arrival time, please let us know when you book or contact Front Reception. If you expect to be later than your scheduled arrival, be sure to contact us.
Q.Will you look after my luggage before check-in and after check-out?
A.The bell-hop desk on the 1st floor will look after your luggage.
Q.When do I need to cancel by? Do you charge a cancellation fee?
A.If you wish to cancel your booking, please do so at least two days prior to the date of your booking.
Cancellations beyond that date, the following cancellation fees will be applied under the Hotel’s Accommodation Agreement.
1 Day prior to check-in date: 20% of the accommodation fee
Check-in date: 80% of the accommodation fee
No-show (without contact): 100% of the accommodation fee
*If you have booked online and cancelled through the booking website, a Notice of Cancellation will be sent by e-mail from the booking website.
If cancelling on the day of your check-in, please do so by telephoning the hotel’s Reservations section directly.
Cancellation terms differ for group bookings of eight guests or more. Please check with the group bookings officer.
Q.If I book online or through a travel agency, can I take advantage of other discounts concurrently?

A.Children aged 7 years and above will be charged as adults.

A.Massages are available between 3:00 p.m. and 2: 00 a.m. daily.

Q.Can I use the internet in my room?
A.All guest rooms are equipped with Wi-Fi. You will need a password to access the Wi-Fi network, which you will find in the room.
You can also connect to the internet via LAN cable. (EAST WING: LAN cables available in your room MAIN BUILDING: LAN cables available at the front desk)
Wireless LAN is also available in the lobby and in the restaurants.
Q.Do you have rooms that accommodate wheelchairs?
A.Yes, we have one accessible room, subject to availability. Find details of the Accessible Room
Wheelchairs will fit through the door of the other room types as well. Please kindly contact us for details.
Q.Can I stay with my pet?
A.Guests are asked to refrain from bringing their pets into the hotel. However, assistance dogs and sight and hearing guide dogs can stay at the hotel.

Q.Is there a curfew?
A.There is no curfew, however please note that after midnight, all entrances apart from the entrance next to the Front Reception will be closed.
Q.Is there anything I should be aware of regarding the use of mobile batteries in the guest room?
A.1. Precautions when using and charging power banks
To prevent fires and other emergencies, please refrain from using or charging power banks in the following cases:
- Charging power banks when you are out of the room
- Using or charging power banks under the direct sunlight near the window
- Using or charging power banks on flammable materials, such as beds, sheets, etc.
When using power banks to charge portable electronic devices or charging power banks from the guestroom power supply, place them in a location where you can always monitor their condition, in order to allow you to detect and prevent any issues at an early stage.
2. Prohibition of the use of damaged or abnormal power banks
Do not use power banks that are damaged, swollen, or display abnormal heat generation. These are extremely dangerous.
3. Guestroom cleaning
If any of the above situations are observed during room cleaning, our staff may move your power bank or stop charging in order to ensure safety. Thank you for your understanding in advance.

Q.Can I use the hotel parking?
A.Staying guests may use the hotel parking lot for a fee of 2,200 JPY per night (regular passenger vehicles only) from 14:00 on the day of check-in until 12:00 noon on the day of Check-out. (For times outside the above hours, an additional 700 JPY will be charged for the first hour and 400 JPY for every subsequent 30 minutes.)
*If the hotel parking lot is full, you will be directed to a nearby parking facility, which will charge the same rates. We regret that parking spaces cannot be booked. Please advise the parking attendant that you will be staying at the hotel and provide an approximate time for your departure. As a rule, we are unable to accept large vehicles (buses, trucks, etc.)

A.As of December, 2021, Tokyo Disney Resort® Good Neighbor Hotel contract has terminated at our hotel,
and the free shuttle bus to and from Tokyo Disney Resort® is no longer available.
Please note that it will be about a 35 minute train ride to Tokyo Disney Resort®.
