Our team is committed to creating a sustainable travel option for guests to enjoy.
This accommodation package allows you to contribute to environmental sustainability by offsetting the estimated CO₂ emissions generated during your stay. The cost required to carbon offset the estimated CO₂ emissions, 200JPY per person per night, is included in the package. Through Carbon Offsetting, guests can take part in reducing greenhouse gas emissions such as CO₂-by reducing emissions elsewhere or by investing in projects that absorb or prevent emissions.

What is carbon offset?

With regard to emissions of CO₂ and other greenhouse gases that cannot be avoided in daily life and economic activities, the idea is to first make efforts to reduce emissions as much as possible, and then make up for the inevitable emissions by investing in activities to reduce greenhouse gases equivalent to the emissions using the "J-Credit System".

"J-Credit System"
A system in which the government certifies as “credits” the amount of reduction in
CO₂ and other emissions resulting from the introduction of energy-saving equipment, the use of renewable energy, and the amount of absorption resulting from appropriate forest management.

The tumblers are environmentally friendly, using sugarcane-derived PLA, a plant-based material without using petroleum.
94% of the material is plant derived, and you can enjoy your drinks plastic-smell free. Heat-and cold resistant from -20°C to 140°C, microwave and dishwasher safe.

Enjoy your buffet breakfast at Dining Café BELTEMPO with an excellent variety of 60 Japanese and Western dishes, basking in the sunlight pouring in from the high-ceiling-ed windows. Sustainable menus including “Bread pudding” and “Curry” are now available. Other features include the Omelet Station, where our chefs prepare your omelet before your eyes with the fillings of your choice, the Edmont Bakery, serving croissants, danishes, and the Mountain, the danish that has been popular since the hotel first opened, that are baked on the premises, the Morning Noodles and Congee Station, fresh salad and fruits.
